What a Visit Is
A consultation. Treatment, if appropriate, is determined by a licensed provider after evaluation. Booking does not start a prescription.
How a Virtual Visit Works
Four steps. Nothing is mailed or prescribed because you booked. Booking the Free Wellness Consultation starts a video visit. It does not start a prescription.
Video consult
You meet Scott Heinz, PA-C by live video. He confirms you are physically in Florida, reviews your history, and decides whether care by video is appropriate. If a hands-on exam is needed, he will ask you to come to the studio.
Labs, as needed
Scott orders labs when they would change the decision. Not every visit needs labs. If labs are ordered, the plan waits on those results when the results matter.
Treatment only if appropriate
Treatment, if appropriate, is determined by a licensed provider after evaluation. Many visits end without a medication plan. This is not an online prescription service. Controlled substances may require an in-person visit under Florida and federal law.
Follow-ups
If you start a plan, follow-up visits are how it is adjusted. Follow-ups can be by video, if you are still in Florida, or in person at the studio.
Common questions
Who can book a virtual visit?
Adults 18 and older who will be physically located in Florida during the visit. Scott is not offering telehealth to patients outside Florida. Read the Telehealth Informed Consent before you book.
Which booking option is the video visit?
On the booking page, the Free Wellness Consultation is a virtual visit. Other services on that page may be in the studio. If you are unsure which one you chose, call (407) 279-1789.
Does booking a visit prescribe anything?
No. A visit is not an online prescription, and booking does not ship medication. Treatment, if appropriate, is determined by a licensed provider after evaluation.
What if the video fails, or this is an emergency?
If the connection fails, the visit stops and is rescheduled. Do not expect medical advice by text. Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you may be having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Can I be seen in person instead?
Yes. In-person visits are at 760 Currency Circle, Suite B, Lake Mary, FL 32746, Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Sunday closed. By appointment only.

There are no guaranteed results. Results vary. Ages 18 and older.
The Free Wellness Consultation on the booking page is a virtual visit. There is no charge for that consultation. Any later visit, lab, or medication has its own fee, discussed before you agree to it.
