These terms govern your use of heinzaesthetics.com, which is operated by Heinz Aesthetics LLC, 760 Currency Circle, Suite B, Lake Mary, FL 32746.

Agreement

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Booking a visit, or becoming a patient, is a separate step and has its own clinical consent. These terms do not create a provider–patient relationship.

Not emergency care

The website and any virtual visit are not for emergencies. If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not send emergency messages through the booking chat, email, or text.

No care from browsing

Pages, prices, menus, estimators, and quizzes are general information about the practice. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a promise of a result. A provider–patient relationship begins only when Scott Heinz, PA-C actually accepts you for care after an evaluation, in person or by video.

Telehealth is Florida only

Virtual visits are offered only to patients who are physically located in Florida during the visit. If you are outside Florida, do not book a video visit. How a video visit works is on the telehealth page. The information you should read before a video visit is the Telehealth Informed Consent.

No guaranteed prescription

A price on this site is a fee for a visit, or a fee for medication if a prescription is written after an in-person or video evaluation. It is not an offer to sell you a prescription drug without an evaluation, and this website is not an online pharmacy. Treatment, if appropriate, is determined by a licensed provider after evaluation. Many people are not candidates. Booking, paying, clicking an ad, or completing a form does not mean you will receive medication.

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. They are not the same as the brand-name drugs studied in published trials. Individual results vary. There are no guaranteed results.

Who may use the site

The site and the services are for adults 18 and older. You agree that the information you send us is accurate, including your location if you request a virtual visit.

Booking

Online booking is provided by Pabau at https://booking.pabau.com/heinz-aesthetics-llc/online-bookings. The Free Wellness Consultation on that page is a virtual visit. Pabau’s own terms also apply to the booking tools. A chat widget on this site is a way to reach the practice. It is not medical care.

Fees

Fees are told to you before you agree to a visit or to medication. Prices on the site can change, and the price that applies is the one confirmed at booking or at the visit. The Free Wellness Consultation has no charge. Later care is separate.

The cancellation and refund rule published on this website is the 72-hour notice below. No other cancellation or refund rule is stated here.

The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment, or be reimbursed for payment for any other service, examination, or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service, examination, or treatment.

SMS Terms

These SMS terms are part of the terms of Heinz Aesthetics LLC for heinzaesthetics.com. The same program is also published at https://heinzaesthetics.com/sms-terms.

Description. Appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups and customer care.

How you opt in. On the appointment request form at https://heinzaesthetics.com/injectables, you opt in by checking a consent box. That box is unchecked until you check it. When you book online or in the clinic, you can opt in the same way: the consent choice starts unchecked, and you see these disclosures before you agree. The disclosure reads: “By checking this box, I agree to receive appointment and customer care text messages from Heinz Aesthetics LLC at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.” Giving a phone number, booking a visit, or receiving care does not opt you in. Consent to texts is not required to book or to receive care.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, logo, layout, and original photographs belong to Heinz Aesthetics LLC or its licensors. Statue and background artwork on the site is used by the practice. You may not copy the site for a commercial purpose. You may share a link to a page.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. Do not attempt to break, scrape in a way that degrades, or interfere with the site or the booking system. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading messages through the chat, forms, or texts. Do not use the site to seek a prescription you know is not clinically appropriate, or to misstate where you are located.

Third-party services

Booking, maps, and some fonts and analytics are provided by other companies. Their sites have their own terms. A link is not an endorsement of a drug, a pharmacy, or a result.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Clinical decisions are made at a visit, not by a page on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Heinz Aesthetics LLC and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Florida law does not allow a clinic to limit, including liability for negligence in medical care. Care you actually receive is governed by that care and by the consents you sign, not only by these website terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seminole County, Florida are the venue for a dispute about the website.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the posted terms. A change to these website terms does not change a consent you already signed for a visit, except as that consent itself allows.
