Consult
You meet with Scott Heinz, PA-C, for a low-T evaluation and a look at your men’s hormone health. He reviews your history and whether care is appropriate. Patients physically located in Florida can meet him by video. How telehealth works. The Free Wellness Consultation on the booking page is a virtual visit. Treatment, if appropriate, is determined by a licensed provider after evaluation.
Labs and a plan
The $199 first visit includes the consult, labs, and the first month. If you continue, membership is $149 a month.
Ongoing check-ins
Follow-up visits so the plan can be adjusted. Results vary, and nothing is guaranteed.
