Consult
You meet with Scott Heinz, PA-C. He reviews your health history and whether a medical weight-loss program is appropriate for you. Patients physically located in Florida can meet him by video. How telehealth works. The Free Wellness Consultation on the booking page is a virtual visit. Treatment, if appropriate, is determined by a licensed provider after evaluation.
Labs and a plan
Baseline labs come with the starter month. If you are a candidate, you leave with a personalized plan. A standard or advanced program is chosen only when it fits.
Ongoing check-ins
Follow-up visits so the plan can be adjusted. Results vary, and nothing is guaranteed.

The $189 standard program fee and the $199 advanced program fee each cover the first month plus baseline labs. An ongoing program is about $65 a month or about $81 a month, depending on the option. What is the difference between the two programs?
They are two program levels: standard and advanced. Your provider recommends one only if it is appropriate. Neither is a promise of a particular outcome.
Are results guaranteed?
No. There are no guaranteed results. How someone responds varies from person to person. A consult with a licensed provider is required before any plan begins.
